Samsung Electronics has announced the Galaxy S25 Edge, a new addition to its Galaxy S series, emphasizing a remarkably slim design and powerful features. The press release, embargoed until May 12, 2025, details a smartphone that combines style, strength, and advanced technology.

  • Design and Durability: The Galaxy S25 Edge showcases an exceptionally sleek profile, measuring just 5.8mm in thickness (excluding camera lenses) and weighing 163 grams. It is constructed with a resilient titanium frame and features Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2 for enhanced durability of the front display.  
  • Pro-Grade Camera System: The device is equipped with a 200MP wide-angle lens that supports Nightography for improved low-light photography, capturing images with over 40% improved brightness. A 12MP ultra-wide sensor with autofocus enables detailed macro shots. The phone also incorporates Galaxy AI-powered editing tools such as Audio Erasers and Drawing Assist.
